I am in the process of replacing the leather and foam on my sport seats. How do you remove the seat lever (the lever used to recline the seat)? It looks like there is a metal cotter (sp?) pin inside the little slit on the bottom side. Is there a special tool needed to get the lever off?

Thank you in advance,
Bryan
I used a knitting needle to grab one end of the clip
also here is a tip for you...
if you are replacing the seat foam.. the bottom...
dont throw away your lower cushion.. cut the center outand put it inside the new seat cushion foam.. it will make the seat more comfortable.. you wont notice any difference but you will feel the difference.. we are talking about the part your butt sits on..
