Default New Intake manifold,which one?

I'm in the midst of changing a knock sensor on a c5 MN6 w/h 3.73's and since the manifold is coming off, I'm wondering if I should swap in a z06 manifold or FAST 90mm. What are the possible benefits of the Z06 type over stock, is it much to warrant a change? Right now this car has a haltech stinger C.A.I coupled with a granatelli 90mm MAF. shorty headers and pipes going straight out, (stock Hpipe..Xpipe will be in place shortly)

If your car is 2001 and newer you have a Z06 manifold and are fine. Unless you do heads and cam or a big cam the Z06 is plenty.
