Torque Management?????
not to sure if there is a previous thread about this or not but i was wondering if anybody here has had just the touque management taken out of the factory program that the pcm has in it and if so did it help a little or alot with a pretty much factory c5...thanks for all the info in advance

Big Help on the automatics as they induce torque mangement
before the shift by retarding timing- alot -like down to 0!
On 6 speed it is most noticeable in third gear as you are pulling hard
in power enrichment. timing will fall to as low as 12 degrees in some cells. The torque management is limited to 350 Ft lbs. max.
The first level of management retards timing! Second level closes
the throttle even though you are on the mat with the pedal. If you are
still exceeding the torque it can shut of injectors sequentially!
There are 6 places in the programming that have to be adressed to raise or limit the torque management levels!
