Could this cause 'Charge System Fault' to be displayed on the DIC?

Brake Switch Circuit Low Input
I am thinking not but this is the only current code I have and I am getting the 'Charge System Fault' now. As a side note, I just had the alternator and battery replaced and started seeing this message. I just figured it would throw a related code but all I found was what is listed above. Any thoughts?
