popping noise
my question is that ive seen an h pipe cut in half and the hole that is in the exhaust pipe going to the h pipe is about as big as a marksalot on both sides of the exhaust system
which for one isnt big enough to be efficent
my question is do you think if this hole were welded up on each side
basically eliminating the h-pipe (making it a true dual system) would that eliminate the popping that is produced
also would drilling the hole out bigger(2") and welding the h-pipe back together work better (flow more effecient with less popping)or would it be best to just weld it up making the true dual system
thoughts comments etc all welcome
