Disabling Pasenger Airbag???

Disabling Pasenger Airbag???
Is there a way in the 2000 to disable the passenger airbag? I have seen a button for it in the newer ones but not the older ones. I would like to be able to bring my 1 yr old on rides with me, but with all the issues w/carseats and airbags I would like to disable it.

I got one from Fitchner also. I bought a traction control plate (from KARSHOP) that contained the LED and the words " Airbag Off". The LED that came with it was not 12 volts though so it couldn't be used with the kit. I replaced that LED with a 12 volt LED from Radio Shack. I choose not to use the LED's that were provided with the kit. So basically I have a factory look with my install.

Just remember if you get a really smart cop, you need the NTSBA's written form, allowing you to have this. Just a formality, but you never know.
