rear suspension question
All,
I noticed a noise coming from the right rear today. It felt like a bearing was going bad. So, I pulled the tire out to find grease on the inside of the wheel but could not tell were it was coming from. Sorry if I am not that mechanically inclined but were would you guys guess its coming from? Broken spindle or bearing? I hope to work on it tomorrow since it was late already.

Just fixed a case where the CV (Outer Axle) boot developed a small hole and spewed grease all over the inside of the wheel and caliper. This also caused the rear sensor to go out. Left unattended the ball bearing CV joint may have worn out.
Pull the wheel and check the boot real good. If it is the axle, it's not that hard to replace.
