Headlight Issue
My headlights raise as designed, but when I go to put them down, one goes all the way down and back up 1/4. WTF? Its like the gear is spinning too much and raising it back up. Anyone have a take on this.

I had a vendor do the brass gear in the motor already. It doesnt make any grinding noise anymore. The light will go all the way down.... and come back up... Every night I go and crank it down manually. Guess I wont know more till I take it apart.

You may have to take the arm off and reposition it..mine was going to far down and then it wouldn't open everytime....worked fine at first..I just removed the nut from the arm cranked the **** around until the gear made a complete turn and then reattached it
