Default Switch Power for a 2004

I am still trying to find a switched power source for my 2004 so I can wire my WB. Just so you know before replying, the 04's do not have the switched wires in the BCM area. I am looking for possibly a colored wire off the ignition (some mentioned yellow but I didn't see it) I am not the greatest with a voltmeter. Please, anyone with a 2004 manual or someone who has discovered a switched power source please help. I am getting desparate. Even better if you have pictures. Thanks,

Jim K

First question...What's a WB?

There are available fuses next to the BCM. Pull the cover off and
see what's there. I didn't do it but was suggested by another member.

I tapped my RD (radar detector) into the rear view mirror connector.

Hey George,

WB is O2 Wideband sensor. More accurate for reading your air/fuel mixture than the narrowband sensors that come with the car.

When you say look at the fuse box and see what's there I gotta laugh and tell you fuses. J/K. What should I look for? Do I need to pull out the voltmeter and see which fuses are hot only when the key is turned to the run position. I did discover the post last night about the rearview mirror. I may see if I can trace that down and make it work. Thanks for any other help you can give. I guess I should have also mentioned it needs to be 12 volts just like the cigeratte lighter.
