Here is the dumb question...
The top speed on corvette vert.coupe,frc with a stock MN6SPD transmission will be riched in 5th or 6th gear?

top speed will be faster in 5th gear 6th gear is used for gas mileage purposes only. This refers to a factory stock engine

I toped out at 147 MPH in 6th (highway 395 north of Las Vegas, long and straight). 6th gear just can't overcome the aeordynamic drag. I would imagine that a Coupe could squeeze a few more MPH from 6th, but not much.
