Quick question about bilstein shocks....

Hello,
I have a 1998 coupe with the stock suspension that has been "lowered" and I was thinking about installing the bilstein shocks. Can I safely install either of the two bilstein shocks? (HEAVY DUTY or SPORT)?
Which one would give me a better handling suspension with my stock suspension? Is it OK to use the SPORT shock on my stock suspension?
Any advice would be helpful!

Mine is lowered on stock bolts, with Hotchkis sway bars and Bilstein Sport Shocks. Rides fine and handles great!!!!

I have sports and they work well.

Lowered 3/4, Z51 bars, base spring.

Note that extra (spare) bilstein jounces and bushing is proactive inventory as they may self destruct over time.
