I don't have any interior resonance with either of the two exhausts, but the B&B Bullets are definitely louder and deeper sounding than the Stingers.

No problem without a lift. I did mine without a lift.
I ran the car up a set of rhino ramps (plastic ramps), did the header install from up top, and when it came time to bolt up the collectors, I crawled underneath and bolted them up. The headers line up extremely well with the stock C5 exhaust (no prying forcing or cursing necessary for install); I have however changed to the random tech cats and x-pipe set-up (the random tech cats and x-pipe set-up do not line up very well; prying, forcing and cursing is necessary).
I hope this helps. By the way, the B&B stainless headers are the only ones that have California emmisions certification.
