Is it necessary to upgrade the stock injectors on my '99 to handle upper end mods? The mods are listed in my sig. I have not had any fuel related problems but I'm not sure if I need 30lb injectors or if the stock ones are suitable. Really if there is no extra HP gained from the mod I don't feel it to be worth it. The car recently dynoed at 400 RWHP with the 390's. Any opinions?

Do you have 26 or 28# injectors? If your tune achieved desired A/F ratios you are probably ok. With 26#ers you are probably in a high duty cycle area which is not the best. >90% is undesirable.

I assume that I have the 26# injectors since it is a '99. I was advised that the injectors should be o.k. with my mods and that changing them will not provide any extra oomph. If it is not supercharged, run with nitrous or a big cube motor then it is not necessary to change. We'll see.
