Let me start, by saying I have learned so much here in my short time!
Thank y'all for that!
Now, for my questions'....
1st) I have a 2000 FRC, it has the dreaded turn signal problem! They work most of the time, but, some of the time they don't? I have read enough that I found the, "Flasher Fix"? But what is the real fix, to get do away with this problem?
2nd) I have no back up lights? I have only looked into that, as far as checking one bulb, and it was fine. I can only guess that if one is OK it would work, no need for both bulbs being good? I have looked in the owners manual, and do not see any fuse for this? Just an umm? What was it called a micro relay? I guess it is possible that it could be the switch at the shifter too? So with all that said, where do I start to correct these problems?
Genreally, the sensor that plugs into the transmission is at fault. Costs about $25 and available at most Chevy dealers. Takes about 5 minutes to replace one you are in the air. (My 99 FRC failed one after 60K)
