B&M Ripper Spring Change - instructions??

B&M shifter spring change - this is great
Changed the springs. The four hex head screws were as tight as could be. Ended up on one of them to clamp vicegrips to the allen wrench to get leverage. Once the screws were out, took about 30 seconds to change the springs. I actually got new springs from B&M about three years ago. Should have made this change. I can actually get it into reverse with one hand
