problem with vortex rammer
Hi i bought the system and i had problems mounting the system because the diameter of the air filter is bigger than the mass air flow meter.
Did you have this problem?
Please answer also about the changements you made to solve it.
I put it and it's really good exept for this problem.

Hey, It's probably for a 2001+! I didn't look to see what year your car was, but that was my case! I just went to home depot, and got a 3" or 4" rubber coupler that connects pvc lines together, and cut it in half, since I didn't need the full lenth of the coupler! Then I slipped the rubber coupler on the MAF, and then I slid the air filter on top of the rubber coupler, and used a band clamp to tighten the filter onto the MAF! This worked, and you couldn't even tell it was modified this way! Hope this helps!
