Default questions about kooks installation

I am getting ready to install a set of kooks long tube headers and x pipe with cats. It is my understanding that all this will bolt up with no fab work. Could someone tell me the details concerning what needs to be removed and possible pitfalls for fitting the headers. Does one go in from the top and one from the bottom? Do the heads have inserts or are the bolt holes threaded into the aluminum? What is the torque value? Is there a torque pattern? Should I put any type of lubricant on the bolts before screwing them into the heads? Can I do this without unbolting the starter? By the way, my car is a 97 auto coupe. Any information will be really appreciated. Thanks.

Don't attempt this without removing the starter.
