Didn't find any notes on this within the tech tips and was curious as to how difficult this is on the C5. Anyone with experience changing it on the C5 before I dive into the shop manuals?
Very easy. Rotate the tensioner pulley by using a socket wrench on the bolt in the direction of the arrow below. That takes the tension of the belt and you can slip it off and the new one on. Takes just a few minutes.

Both are fairly easy to change. Get the belt started (A/C belt) will need to be installed first, don't remember the size bolt on the tensioner but get the right socket on a breaker bar (for leverage) and each belt will go very easy. Bob
Dude, thanks!! I just bought a spare belt and was thinking I'd rather do the clutch than replace this (because i've done the clutch before) but now I see how easy this is...it's simpler than replacing the plugs!
