Battery ?
Saw a new C6 today and on the shifter there was a note advising you to place car in Reverse in order to avoid battery discharge. Is this something new or has it been that way for sometime?? Maybe thats why my SS loses a charge after 5 days of no use..

From what I've read the C6 manual transmission car enables keyless entry, starting, etc. unless put into reverse after turning it off. If so, those systems would be powered and a drain on the battery.
