Default Maximum Speed 80mph

After installing new transmission in car, I'm getting "maximum speed 80mph; shocks inoperative; service ride control". Any response that might help me would be greatly appreciated. UPDATE!!!!

After putting car on rack, I found that the wire going into plastic piece that screws into shock was broken. It seems that it was not disconnected before dropping rear end. (Cannot be repaired in any way.) If anyone has or knows where I can find the piece that runs from the frame and screws into the shock, my life would be a lot better. The dealership wants me to purchase a whole shock at 655+. Thanks in advance. It is the right rear shock (F45) that is the problem.

Why do you need to go faster than 80?

Sorry, I couldn't resist. Seriously, why not try Genes Kar Shop. Supporting vendor over to the left and near the bottom of the page when you go back to "C5 Tech".
