Default Code help P1518H, C1255H EBTCM

Looked up these codes for my buddy's 1999 FRC 383 stroker he bought off the internet. Car has headers 1-2 yrs old. Car runs great 470 rwhp. He occaisionally gets a check engine light that goes off after a while. I didn't clear the codes for him in case I lost my sheet, so we don't know how old they are, but when you turn the key to the on position (w/o starting car) the chk engine light comes on. he also gets the P0175, and P0172 codes (which may or may not be related to the headers). Should I tell him to get it re tuned on dyno with A/F levels? Car is out of warranty of course. Looked up the P1518 H and didn't understand what "PCM to TAC Module Serial Data Circuit..." meant. help please?
He also has the traditional U1016, U1096, U1255 loss of communication codes often asssoc with last tuning (or is there something else?) all were History codes. Should I just clear theses U.... codes? also has a B1001H code

Any H or history codes can be deleted. As you probably know, these C5's love to trip off codes in multiples. As long as you don't have a C or current code, I'd say delete it and then see what you have. A new tune, depending on where the previous owner had it tuned, could be a great way of getting unfound performance and also cheap insurance to a modded car.
