There is no vehicle speed limiter per se but there are speed-limiting provisions that are programmed into the vehicle control system in the event certain failures occur. For instance, vehicle speed is limited to 80 mph when the F45 real-time damping system malfunctions. Also, new programming has been incorporated which will prevent the vehicle from moving if the column lock fails.
Other than for safety issues, there is no limitation imposed on maximum vehicle speed besides the laws of physics or the appearance of The Man on the scene.
