Wandering Idle Help
Have a 98 that has a wandering idle. Warm or cold, whenever it seeks out the idle (set at 700) it goes up and down anywhere from 300 to about 1100 and the car shakes bad. The car has been reprogrammed and the battery has been disconnected recently. I dumped the original program back in though and that did nothing. It also ran great and idled decent after the programming. It was a couple weeks later when this started.
Funny thing is that if I disconnect that MAF, it idles perfectly. I tried a good spare MAF and it still idled rough. Other than that, the car runs incredible.

Never mind... Found the problem (Vacuum leak at the base of the intake).
