Default cam info?

Anyone know what the best cam for some horsepower is? I want it to be almost like stock, in terms of drivability, but some more horsepower.

Default Mild cam...

My thought would be a Comp cam Xer 220/224 .581/581 on a 114/5 LSA. With recommended kit-springs, retainers, pushrods etc.
Should have a good balance of power/driveability and should smog-get a good dyno tune naturally.

It's hard to go wrong with the TR224/224 on a 114 LSA
