Thanks for the offer but it is not necessary.

I did not mean to stur up all of this.

It's an unfortunate practice here that businesses don't call you back, or are even motivated to talk to you about anything.

I was just disapointed I didn't hear back from you. But I would understand if you didn't have alot of time for just giving advise.

Maybe give that T-Shirt to someone needy for Christmas for me.
