18" run flats for front?

I am going to put 18" aftermarket wheels on the front and back. Is there a 18" run flat that will work on the front on a 18x8 or 18x9.5 wheel?

Also the stock C5 rear tires from goodyear will work on the front as well. I believe they are 275's on an 18X9.5.

I thought about that after posting. Thanks fellers. Also, to save a little cash, would it hurt to run the 'new' 18" Goodyear runflats on front in C6 size and just keep the stock ones on the rear for now.
