port and polished heads question
only 3 questions:
1) will p/p heads affect emissions tests (smog), like cams and headers do? I live in CA so cam or headers are out questions on my future Z06, can I safely do heads or are they also considered "not 50 states legal"?
2) what kind of gains can I expect with p/p heads only and an intake on an LS6?
3) what would be roughly labor charge to have them installed by a good tuner?
I am thinking of MTI stage 2E heads, any feedback is welcome.
