adjusting hood tricks???

adjusting hood tricks???
Just got my new hood an MCM style (merry christmas to me) and need to do some adjusting seems the more I mess with it the worse it gets-tips at windshield need to come down and just in front of latches it need to come up. I can raise latches but cannot get tips back down??
I must add overall it looks great, I am being a bit picky but it looks so great just a bit more will take it over the top
