How hard is it to remove both hood latches & install news On a c5

which latches are you talking about the ones on the hood or the ones in the engine bay???? You have forward hinges and gas shocks, you have rear locking latches, and you have the "U" latches on the hood itself.

The hoops bolted to the hood are pretty self-explanatory.

I'm also curious about R&R of the latches in the engine bay.
