Default Help, headlights aim is really bad

After all the many discussions on the poor c5 headlights..... I replaced the bulbs with Silverstars, decent color, more light but still poor. Anyway, a couple of months later, the driver side headlight gear went out and the dealer replaced it. I don't know why they would even look at the right side headlight but ever since, the high beam on the right shines in the trees. I've done all the aiming I could muster and get a decent compromise for a low beam pattern but still have the squirrel hunting light on the high beam. And finally, the question: is there any way to aim only the high beam? It appears the bucket is one piece but maybe I'm missing something.

Default bulb

theres no way to adjust the high without doing the low
however check the high bulb and make sure it is seated properly if one of the prongs is sticking out it will **** the bulb at an angle resulting in the squirrel hunting light

I had the same problem when I switched to Silverstars. What I discovered by accident was that there are two possible ways for the bulbs to fit into the socket (as seen by which way the plug on the bulb faces after it is installed) one is the right way and the other is not. Having one reversed results in that one blinding squirrels and aircraft. You can't adjust it out because then it ruins the aim of high (or low) beam attached to it on that side.
Also, make sure the bulb is seated all the way (turned all the way until it stops).

Another reason to go to the EURO H4 set-up.

I must be doing something wrong. I can only get the bulbs in one way and the socket is pointing the same way as OEM. Since putting Silverstars on low beam and adjusting, the high beams are almost useless.

I feel there is only one way to instal these bulbs! I have tried 2 or 3 different Silvverstars or what ever. The really made little or no diff.. I finally went to HIDS and WOW what a diff.

I have atleast 2 sets of Silverstars or whatever if anybody wants them for $25.

THE BULBS ONLY FIT ONE WAY correctly

I also have some 9005 and 9006 bulbs , as well as the stock housings.
If anyone needs them.
