Happy New Year everyone. 
I have had my power window jam on my '98 several times... I pulled the unit out and exposed the gear that drives the cable pulley. When the motor is activated, the gear looks and sounds like it is slightly out of round as it rotates. Motor is strong and cables are free, but after reinstalling, it runs up and down 5 or 10 times and then jams again...
I guess my question is, has anyone heard of a brass or delrin gear that has been made available as an after market fix such as the one available for the headlight assembly?
