That is the Caddy XLR. Pic was taken at SEMA. Very sweet car. I believe it is the first car to be built in the Bowling Green plant besides the Corvette. I also believe it shares alot of the suspension and other parts of the Corvette. It sure looks like one up close. Cadillac is going after the younger perfomance oriented crowd. I have a CTS-V...a small 4 door with excellent suspension, bigger brakes than the vette, and a LS6 motor.

The CTS-V is a fine machine! It blows any M3 away, and is just 1/10th off the NEW M5 in the 0-60, for 40 grand less! The marriage of the C6 and XLR was made in car heaven! As Bob Lutz once said, cheaper, better, faster! The C6 is argueably the best yet, and the XLR is a SL beater, at a fraction of the cost! Performance vs dollars, you could never beat the Vette, now more than ever! Give me some nitro, ad I'll take on the worlds supercars, for a fraction of the cost! 186 MPH out of the box, for 45 grand! Who dares come close?
The CTS V will most likely have a LS7 in the year 2008...from what I have heard. Production of a intercooled sc for the current V is about to start at MDMC.
