Default Working but blinking fast

I was driving home from work the other day and noticed my turn signals were flashing at varying speeds. Sometimes they would flash very quickly like a bulb was burned out but other times it would slow down to normal speeds. This happened to both right and left turn signals. Is this a sign a bulb is soon to go out or there something wrong with the turn signal circuit?

I have euro tails lights and the front/rear turn signals and the brake lights work fine.

TIA

My first guess is it sounds like the flasher solenoid/relay is going south. It used to be that they were plugged into the fuse box - I have not looked on the C5 - it is usually round and silver and says flashers on it.

Either a bulb is out or the hazard relay is bad, since your turn signals go though the hazard relay. Mine is doing the same thing, and my bulbs are good so Im changing my relay...which is under the dash

I double check again today and found the left front side marker is out so I think this may be causing the problem. Going to get a replacement bulb now to see if this fixes it.

I replaced the sidemarker bulb (it was burned out) but it still does not work. In fact the turn signal does not blink at all and the hazards dont work. Can you tell me where the hazard relay is located at and how much it will cost? Is this easy to replace? The quote I got for the turn signal switch was $180, is this in the ball park?

I know it's a hassle but have you ensured the replacement bulb was OK? I dealt with this about 2 weeks ago. Might be worth swapping L and right bulbs first to see if problems move.
