Main Bearing Clearances LS1 - LS6
What are the recommended main bearing clearances for use in these aluminum blocks? I don't think the conventional iron block bearing clearnance recommendations would apply. I've read that for conventional aluminum block small block chevy's; that the bearing clearances should be run real tight when cold, because the aluminum block expansion will significantly increase the clearnace when hot.
What is recommended for the LS1/LS6 ???
