Default Vararam Installed My Thoughts Inside!!!

wELL ups FINALLY SHOWED UP TODAY. TOTAL INTSALL TIME WAS 1.5 HOURS. I FOUND IT WAS A VERY EASU INSTALL. THE ONLY THING I CAN NOT FIGURE OUT IS, I CANT GET THE AIR BRIDGE TO SNAP DOWN IN TO PLACE ON THE RADIATOR COVER. THE AIR BRIDGE HUVERS ABOUT 1INCH OVER THE CLUPS. IF I PUSH DOWN HARD THEY WILL CLIP IN TO PLACE BUT POP BACK UP AFTER I LET GO. OTHER THAN THAT IT FIT WELL AND MY *** METER CAN TELL A NICE DIFFRENCE ABOVE 50MPH. ALSO SOUNDS COOL TOO

Try loosening all the clamps up top then clipping intake in place and lining everything up pushing the combination of clamps and connections together tighter then tighten. The box on mine wasn't closing properly and I could barely snap the intake in place. I didnt install mine to start with. But after I did as I said above she fit good.

Loosen everything up and readjust for the right fit. After everything fits right, tighten down the clamps. Chris

I wish I could hear this sound? I have heard that there is a unique tone or sound, but I have yet to hear it...a curious squid.

When I first got in mine after the install at LAPD I reved her a few times and asked Al what that sucking noise was. Funny thing it was coming from my wallet. Dam Mods!!!

Had some initial problems getting my air bridge to snap in place also, but if you invested in the Vararam definetly invest in a high flow air bridge(they won't have any snaps to hold in place). Definetly loosen everything up and work into the right fit and then re-tighten. Makes a nice horsepower increase for 3 -4 hundred bucks!

I agree...I untightened and retightened everything and still could never get it to clip on. Then I rotated the maf a turn or two and they clipped right on

Did you remember to remove the holders on the front frame for the stock airbox? If you left those in it will prevent the bridge from laying flat. Kaley
