Jacking & Stand Points?
Went out today bought 4 jackstands new craftsman aluminium floor jack and paint for the calipers and hats . OK you jacking exspurts where besides the 4 jacking points can you jack the car? Also where do you position the jack stands? Oh yea and what is the torque spec for the lugnuts?

You can also jack from the front and rear on the crossmembers, make sure to use a piece of wood (2x10) and straddle crossmember ribs. Patches has some pics of this, a search may pop them up. Torque the lugs to 100 ft lbs.

You can make jacking pads out of hockey pucks. Just regular black hockey pucks with an eye bolts thru the middle. Some people double stack the hockey pucks, but it really depends on how flat the tops of your jack and jack stands are. I'm able to get away with a single thickness hockey puck jacking pad.
