PLEASE HELP!!: Electrical Problem

On my 99 C5 I have two intermittent electrical problems, I hope somebody has a clue. I've been to the shop (Criswell in Gaithersburg MD) and this morning they said it could not be duplicated. I get in the car and it fails.. I don't want to leave it at the shop for days, so I'll try and figure it out.
1) The horn will not honk from steering wheel. It will honk with the remote alarm, so it tells me the rely and horn are OK. Any clue where the harness goes? Sometimes it works.
2) The right side window works fine from the right side. It is intermittent from the drivers side, but always works from the passenger side.
I can do nothing to correlate either of these, I can tap on them, bang on them, drive over bumps, and I can't make it happen or not happen. It just sort of has a mind of its own. There are no error codes when I check the codes.
