What's the easiest way to remove the power steering pump from the mounting bracket on the engine?

You need a power steering pulley installer/remover. Your local auto parts store should have one for rent. Cost me about $10 to rent it for a day.

Only way to remove/install it. Refore removal, check the depth of the shaft in reference to the pulley, you need to install it exactly for correct serp belt alignment.
