[Z06] Do you drive your Zo6 in sub 40 degree weather?

Nope mine is stored from Dec thru Feb and I'll pick it up in March. Any tire under a 200 or lower compound shouldn't be driven under 40 degrees. The soft rubber gets very hard and very slick!

DC suburb here.
Took a ride last Sunday to the mall after a few days of heavy rains cleaned the roads. It was 22 degrees when we got home. Michelin tires were great. I try to take the car every chance I get when the roads are clear of salt. Snowed lightly yesterday so now have to wait for the next rains.

When I had my C5s I would drive them with either the stock EMTs or the Goodyear SCs in temps that were in the negative numbers if the roads were clear. Never had an issue with the low temp damaging the tires. A lot of that stuff about them being damaged due to low temps is because some of the Toyo track performance tires have an issue in cold temps and the Michelin Cup2 tires currently being delivered on the C7 Z06/Z07 model shouldn't be stored or moved at temps below 20 degrees due to the tread compound likely cracking. However, that doesn't affect all tires.

I try not to, with 600whp, it is too easy to spin the tires, and just not fun. I would do it if it was stock and dry, especially when sunny and it heats up the road. I drive my 400whp C4 in any temp as long as it is dry. I am still careful with it, but more easy to manage.

I found some Bridgestone 760's in the right size. With a 340 rating, it sounds like they could be driven in colder weather, based on your response.

I don’t understand the question. (Being a slight jerk - AZ doesn’t have 40 degree weather.)
