Corvette Constraints

Convertible....accelerated production should reach 50% by mid-March.
Power Top (CM7).....availability is improving, full capacity by mid-March
achieving 60% of build.
Dual Roof (C2L).....free flow as of 1/27/05.
Beige and Gray Top (35T & 37T)....awaiting engineer evaluations, more
information available in late January, no production.
Polished Wheel (QG7)....Our supplier is experiencing some throughput
issues resulting in lower availabilty of the wheel. We are
working with supplier daily to improve the throughput.
Unfortunately, availability may temporarily go down as
the supplier works through some challenges. More info
in late January.
1SX Package....Various elements of this package are still awaiting
engineer evaluations. No availabilty before April.
Production is not foreseen to exceed 2-3%.
Nav System (URB)....Demand exceeds forecast for this option. We are
currently reviewing the potential for an increase from
the provider.
Z51 Sport Suspension....This option package will be constrained due to
CAFE requirements. This constraint will be high over the
next several weeks as we work through a backlog of
orders, but should inprove to 50% of production.
