I have the Silver/Red also and would never change it - it looks great.
I personally don't think Cashmere is a great match for silver - not bad, but not a natural fit IMHO. Black is always classy, but a little boring for a sports car (but still a "can't go wrong" combo). Gray is a good match, but to me the gray is just a little to sterile looking. I think the gray should have been just a touch darker.

I think the red interior in the silver car gives it a very exotic look on par with the Mercedes McLaren SLR.I like the stealthy silver exterior opening into a highly passionate red interior-Mama Mia!
I have a silver w/black and I love it. All black exterior appointments and the silver interior appointments seem to work exceptionally well with this combination. But I think it would look great with grey or red or whatever interior color you choose.
