If I give my source on information that I post, I would not be able to get other information when needed. I probably have a dozen people who I can ask questions. It depends on which area they have more knowledge of. Sometimes I may get info and asked not to post it and other times they want the correct info out there.
The 1,304 number for Precision Red has been widely acknowledged since my original report that I made at the end of the PR build.
I have found "Another Yellow" to be extremely knowledgeable and correct on many C6 topics.

Thanks. Like so many other Corvette Forum members, I try to help and inform when I can. I'm always in awe of the vast technical knowledge some members have and I enjoy their expertise.
Dave, I hope not this time. Nothing wrong with double verification using a second independent source. And Yellow, it is a three part question, Coupes, Verts, and Exports. Can your source(s) fill in this one. Thanks, I'm not questioning you personally. This is such an important (just kidding) issue!!

A friend of mine is picking up a Precision Red coupe in Atlanta today. He called a friend of mine at Bowling Green and asked why Precision Red was discontinued. He was told it was because it was to close in color to the Mag Red Metallic.
Color does not make a mass produce vehicle rare...maybe if there was one built...for Dave Hill...raced by Dale jr...and included all you can eat Hooters wings for life...

It was 1,274 coupes and 30 verts making up the total of 1,304 so that would mean no exports.
