2006 Orders
Does Any One Know When The 2006 Verts Will Be Out And When Dealers Will Take Orders I Heard That There Will Be Two New Colors ?? I Don't Think It Makes Any Sense Waiting Until May Or June For A 2005 Your Thoughts

My sources at GM have indicated that because of production delays, the 2005 Corvette C6 Coupe and Convertible will be produced thru September. This would indicate that the 2006 models will begin production in October. Based upon this I would imagine that we will be able to submit orders in August. Time will tell!

Corvette production in 2005/2006 could be similar to 69/70 production. Because of the strike, 69 production ran long through December, 1969. Production of 70s began in January, 1970 and ran only through July. That made 70 the lowest production year since 62.
