Has anyone found a small spare key that can be used on the C6? You never have to use the key yet they are huge. I tried the dealer and a couple of locksmiths with no luck. Even normal house-key size would be fine.

If you come up with something let us know, I have had a lot of cars that had the "credit card key" and this would have been a PERFECT application for it.....
My Infinity FX45 has a keyless system but it also has a key that is stored in the end of the FOB in case you need it....and it opens the doors AND will also start the car.... a VERY nice system.
I thought about getting a credit card key but the lock is pretty stiff so I'm not sure it wouldn't break off in the lock.
I just ground off the thick plastic on the handle down to bare metal and put it in my wallet - that way I always have it with me.

If you have a keyless system on your FX=Tech Package, how can you start your car with a "Key"when there is no ignition for it?

if you have a cell phone you won't need the extra key. you could call onstar and have them unlock the vechicle for you, but then again it may be a bit difficult to start it. i can just hear it now, "hello onstar, yes can you please unlock my door i seem to have locked my key inside, oh yeah, could you also start it for me, i've misplaced the fob."

I had a credit card key for my old Nissan pickup for nearly 10 years before I lost it. It is surprising stiff. I used it many times to unlock doors and use in the ignition. Got it made at my AAA insurance office for free.
