Bought my CAGS eliminator, my rear insert (beautiful!) and a rear license plate frame from them. Immediate shipment, everything as described. Flawless transaction.
I got my "Corvette" letters from SS Inserts. The order came in a small box that had been crushed with the letters bent. I contacted them and they said "file a claim with UPS, that is why we have insurance". OK fair enough, so I contact UPS and told them the box was crushed. They said they would pay for a second set. UPS contacted SS Inserts and they sent the second set. Well guess what, the second box was crushed. This time the letters were not as in bad shape as they were the first time and with a little work I was able to use them. The problem is not with UPS however. It is with the way they are packed. They come in a small lightweight box like business cards come in with very little packing. Anything will crush the box the come in, it is just too flimsy. Makes me wonder if it is done intentionally to "sell" more sets. I emailed SS Inserts with a picture of the second box telling them about the lack of packing and the crappy box. No reply.
One other thing is the shipping costs of the letters. It is way too much, especially since it was packed so poorly in such a cheap box.
With that said, the product itself is nice and I think it dresses up the rear.
Our phone number is listed right on our website and all of our ads. Phone is 480-614-3986 fax 602-277-8693. As far as what UPS or other carriers do with boxes after they leave here is beyond our control, as anyone who does any shipping knows. We have changed the boxing to a much larger box to elimate damage. We have sold several inserts with 0 problems, as long as instructions are followed and primer is used. Some people get in to much of a hurry and then problems happen. They have been our 2 of our C6's since August. We are opened from 8-5 Arizona time, Monday - Friday.

Got mine from them for my C5 and C6 the letters look great but on the C6 the T is so small that the tape want hold there.
The T that is part of the V does not hold! The outer, right side comes loose. How about sending us some new ones Barry!? This is the third set I have ordered from Barry, 2 were C5's and I also have the billet control ***** for the AC and radio. Everything is just fine except for the T!
Geeeeeze........i did not plan on opening a can of worms here, but, this is what the forum is all about...i spoke to Barry and ordered a set of stainless steel inserts for my C-6, so i will see how it goes and post my experience as well.......thanks for all the help ...........

If you don't bend the end of the T like instructions say, you will have trouble. The metal needs a slight bend in it like the instructions point out, taking the stress off of the metal, then it will hold forever.
Hey Barry, how about a group purchase offer on the C6 inserts like you did on the C5's. When I bought my C5's from you there was a few dollar discount and free shipping offered to the Forum members.
