Window Index....

Everyone has read how to reset the indexing when it gets off cycle, but does anyone know how to turn it completely off, I need to do this to make tinting the side windows easier....

the manual says you need to reinitialize after changing the battery,
so perhaps disconnecting the battery for a bit will do the trick.

i would think just disconnecting the battery and opening the hatch and releasing the doors would work.

Indexing

If you dis-connect the battery, only the drivers side window will not index, so put the pass.side down a little before you take the battery loose. After you're done, re-index the drivers window per the manual.

You might want to take your top off as well if you disconnect the battery. Remember that the window has to lower to clear the top to be able to open properly. If you disconnect the battery, obviously this can not happen, hence you could damage your window
