My car just came from the shop after 3 weeks for a paint defect from the factory. It came back looking much worst than when I brought it in (paint don't match, overspray marks, scratches, panels not aligned, etc)
Dealer claims that GM rep in the area approved the repair so they can't do much but help me with GM directly to get a new car. Anybody knows who can I contact in GM besides their Cust Service #? I need to talk to someone at GM with enough decision making power (David Hill if possible) Please help!
