Default Brite Third Light Installed!

After installing the lens material 44 LED light, This is the best mod yet on my PR Coupe. Seemed to really sharpen the rear end IMHO.

It does look good. What was the cost of parts and labor?

The part was about 140 delivered, the labor was one beer and fifteen minutes! I paid my self for the labor!

The part is about 140 delivered. I installed it myself, took about 15 minutes and one beer to complete, I spent more time drinking the beer than installing the light!

Please provide more details on where you purchased this mod. Was the install as easy as you suggest? Looks great, would love more information. Thanks in advance...

Brite Ideas is a forum supporter you can do a search to locate their link, they also offer forum members 10% discount. Yes it is dark lens material not black.

The installation is extremly easy and is outlined in other posts. Basically you get one cold beer and open it, Take a sip or two then remove both inboard tailights (one screw each), take another sip of beer, then unplug the wire harness to the third brake housing, unscrew the four retaining nuts from th housing. Sit back and take a three minute break, finishing 2/3 of the can of beer. Install the new housing using the same process in reverse. Stand back and finish the beer and admire your hard work!

At those prices even I could afford to hire you.

Hey, I like that... I remember from an interview Dave Hill gave, that was the original intent, but it wouldn't survive the crash test. I'll bet it would look good on my mag red....

www.vettepitstop.com makes and sells these lights (I have a silver one) in either paint body match colors or the red all lens colored one........ I have their color match door handles also, good price on those and Lloyd allowed me to return my stock black C6 handles for a 20.00 credit...... They are in Bowling Green and Lloyd said he will be selling products at the C5/C6 bash in April at the NCM........
