Corvette: Daily Driver or Weekend Warrior
How many Corvette owners use the car as their "Daily Driver" ?
How many Corvette owners drive it only on occasion? "Weekend Warrior"
How many Corvette owners have to share drive time? "Wifes Car"

Daily driver except in snow. The deal with the wife is that she can't drive the car until she has read the owners manual front to back and can explain the attributes of active handling and traction control. So far is has been an effective deterent! Too bad there is not a valet function like the old ZR1, then I'd feel more comfortable with her behind the wheel.

Weekend warrior by necessity here in snowy Michigan. My favorite Saturday is a leisurely drive to Starbuck's at around 7:00am. Read the local papers, get a Venti traditional coffee to go, detail the car for about two hours, then get ready to greet the day. Life is good.

Daily Driver whenever the weather cooperates. Red Racer stays home when it rains. I hate to drive it dirty.

Definately weekend warrior (weather permitting) Bought the wife a Acura TL and we commute using a Jeep Wrangler (fortunately get ride together to work). We have to use the interstate to work (I295) and I could never subject the beauty to that mess at rush hour..I'm not sure what category really defines how I feel about the car...hmmm... museum piece, love interest, phalyx substitute, but certainly a fair weather touring dream ride...

I had to vote Weekends - but as I am retired I cannot state for certain that it is only weekends since I can/will drive during the week (for enjoyment. for pleasure, for certain shopping, etc.).
