Anybody in Minnesota have their C6 convert. yet? I ordered my convert. from Suburban Chevrolet in Eden Prairie on Feb. 7th, but my dealer is still waiting for an allocation. Just wondering if GM is only giving allocations to dealers in the southern states (where they can drive then now) or if my dealer is not a big Corvette dealer and thus isn't given many allocations.
Placed my C6 vert w/powertop order last Nov, my dealer (in SW Missouri) called last week to tell me he had received an allocation and expects my car to be built the week of Mar 21-27. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, it looks like production of the verts is increasing. Hang in there. I'm hoping the longer the wait the sweeter the moment when it arrives.
Maybe, I shouldn't have mentioned my dealers name. I'm not bashing the dealer, just wondering if GM has a "plan" regarding allocations. The salesman, by the way, is a personal friend of mine.

Sounds like a small allocation...I took delivery of my 'vert on January 24th; it took 5 months from order to delivery.
You may want to ask them to search and trade with another dealer. I used Southview and had them find a coupe which was in Chicago and they traded a silver convert which Southview had on the showroom floor. I recognize that it needs to be built to your selected options but maybe a car is sitting somewhere. I pick up my Arctic White Coupe with Z51 today. I note you are from Brainerd, I rented a cabin on Gull so maybe we will see you on the highway or track flying around with the top down!
From: Muncie, Indiana ...... Can I buy an amplifier on time ... I ani't got no money now but I'll pay you before I die

I'm in Indiana and ordered from a dealer here. I took delivery of it on Dec. 22. It has nothing to do with location. It's just up to size of your dealers allocation.
